What does it mean to get dressed in the days of self isolation? I believe we need to create rituals that signal to the brain that we are in work mode. Sometimes, moving from bed to the computer isn't enough. What helps me is to meditate, exercise, shower and get dressed, and eat breakfast before starting work in my favorite spot at home.
