What does it mean to get dressed in the days of self isolation? I believe we need to create rituals that signal to the brain that we are in work mode. Sometimes, moving from bed to the computer isn't enough. What helps me is to meditate, exercise, shower and get dressed, and eat breakfast before starting work in my favorite spot at home. At the base of my label, I offer key essentials to help you feel good and self-empowered as you work from home. Here are some of my favorite work-from-home staple pieces.

Still in self-isolation. Talking to my friends and family in Israel where they have lessened some restrictions around social distancing. People in Tel Aviv are out of their homes, still wearing masks and keeping distance from others, enjoying the sun and fresh air. Their freedom is giving me hope and excitement for our own future here in the States, when we can resume our lives with our newfound intentions and priorities.
Even though I’m working from the comfort of my own home, I’m working longer hours than I normally do, without any limits or interruptions. On the phone from sunrise to midnight, trying to quickly adjust to this whole new world.
Some women are not as fortunate (or maybe more fortunate) since they can’t practice their work out of home. So it’s about finding ways to spend the day — reading, organizing, watching films that were on their lists, cooking, having phone conversations with old friends and family members — things they normally wouldn’t have time to do.
For all women, I hope that we are able to make the most of this situation while staying safe and healthy, no matter your circumstance.
