All orders are shipped using UPS, insured for the value of goods, with signature required. We are unable to re-route packages once they have been shipped. Please check all shipping details carefully before submitting your order. Delivery times do not include weekends or holidays.

This return policy is valid only for purchases made at NiliLotan.com. Online orders cannot be returned to a Nili Lotan store location. We do not accept returns from other retailers that carry Nili Lotan pieces. NiliLotan.com does not accept and will not process international returns.
FREE US RETURNS
NiliLotan.com offers complimentary return shipping on domestic US web orders within 14 days from the delivery date. All NiliLotan.com returns must be returned by sending back directly to our warehouse. In-store returns are not accepted at our retail locations for NiliLotan.com orders.
To return a product, contact the customer service team at email@example.com or call 212.219.0651 to receive an authorized RMA number to initiate your return. For authorized returns with an RMA number, adhere the UPS return label included in your order package onto your return package, and return your package via a UPS authorized location, drop-off point, or scheduled pick up. Please do not combine returns from multiple orders in the same return shipment, as this will delay the processing of your return.
Returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, with all tags attached. Upon receipt of returned goods, NiliLotan.com reserves the right to deny the return if the products do not meet policy requirements.
Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days for the value of the returned products. Please note that it may take up to an additional 10 days for the refund to show up on your account statement depending on your credit issuer's processing time. Unauthorized returns will be processed as online only store credit.
NiliLotan.com currently cannot process exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order on our website. You are then welcome to return your original order following the return instructions listed above.
Nili Lotan does offer price adjustments on markdown and final sale items purchased from NiliLotan.com within 14 days of the original purchase date. Online promotions and in-store purchases do not quality for price adjustments.
International purchases are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

Nili Lotan offers world wide shipping through International Checkout, a trusted third-party company.
